1. Agreement to Terms

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to mediation before the Philippine Mediation Center. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Players may also refer unresolved disputes to PAGCOR for review and adjudication in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint procedures. PAGCOR's decisions are binding on both the player and the operator.

Accounts that remain dormant for twenty-four (24) consecutive months with zero balance may be permanently closed.
